Fillings

A cavity is a word no one wants to hear at the dentist's office.  A cavity is a hole that can grow bigger and deeper over time. It's important to get it repaired because cavities will get bigger overtime.  Once your tooth starts to hurt it is no longer a simple filling.

Fillings

Silver fillings for back teeth have been long gone from our office since 2010.  Instead, we restore cavities with tooth colored fillings called composite resins.  These fillings match the color of the remaining tooth structure and you won’t have to worry about seeing a dark filling when you smile.  Composite resin material add strength by bonding directly to your tooth. Composite fillings contains no metal, which means that you won’t have to worry about the filling reacting to extreme temperatures.  So whether you need a filling on your front tooth or back tooth….we have got you covered!!!!
